Since opening in 2024, our Manchester office has operated as a hub office for the North West of England. In this office, we have property experts in planning, capital markets, science & technology, and industrial. From our other offices in the North West, we also offer development, infrastructure and rural property services throughout the region.

What area do we cover?

Our commercial team is well placed to assist clients in and around Manchester, offering a wide range of services for industrial and logistic property stakeholders, as well as advice to science & technology occupiers, developers and investors.

Our planning team works throughout Greater Manchester and the wider North West, helping public and private sector clients deliver new schemes supporting the economic growth of the region.

Both teams work alongside colleagues in the Warrington and Leeds offices, with specialists from the transactional and consultancy teams, including national capital markets, industrial, infrastructure and energy.
