  1. 50% off rent collection and fully managed service to any landlords who instruct Carter Jonas before the end of February 2025.
  2. Terms of Business must be signed by the end of February 2025.
  3. Properties must be within the predefined area.
  4. Offer applies to first six months of service only.
  5. Must agree to a ‘To Let’ board and a ‘Let Agreed’ board.
  6. 50% offer applies to our rent collection and fully managed service. All other fees in our Terms of Business will apply.
  7. Offer and terms apply to the Southfields branch only.
