The Manor House is an important early 17th Century Grade II* Listed property in North Oxfordshire.

Carter Jonas has been fortunate to design and project manage numerous phases of work at The Manor House, Fritwell, acting for two owners. Back in 1998-1999 we undertook wide-ranging ‘roof off’ repairs, including new mechanical & electrical services, the addition of en-suite bathrooms and general modernisation. We also re-thatched and repaired the coach house and obtained Planning Permission for a home office suite.

The Manor House changed hands and in 2014-2015 we made further improvements to the interiors including remodelling bathrooms, moving the master bedroom suite, replacing the kitchen and complete redecorations.

Most recently we designed and project managed a new outdoor swimming pool, pool house and tennis court, following extensive consultations with the Conservation Officer and Historic England to ensure the new additions complimented the historic buildings, gardens and landscape.
